We're the EL Fix Mobile team.
Family-run shop in Vienna Aspern. Since 2019 we've been repairing phones, tablets and laptops — with original refurbished parts or premium aftermarket, 12-month warranty, honest fixed prices.
How it started.
We opened EL Fix Mobile in Maria-Tusch-Strasse in 2019 because we were frustrated that phone repair in Vienna was either expensive and slow, or cheap but without real warranty. Today we have 294 genuine Google reviews at 4.4 stars and earn the trust of customers across Lower Austria.
The team.
Three technicians with deep experience in smartphone and laptop repair. We work on mainboards under microscope, use Cellebrite-grade tools for data recovery, and put our team through regular training.

Natalja Rahimova opened the shop on Maria-Tusch-Strasse in Seestadt Aspern in 2019 with a clear standard: manufacturer-level repairs, honest fixed prices and speed that earns the word express. Behind it today is a seasoned workshop team with an ESD-protected bench, microscope soldering and tested parts.
